Currently, the Commission grants five different types of licenses under its Interactive Gaming Regulations.

Under the Interactive Gaming Regulations, the Commission has the authority to appoint one or more Approved Agents to perform various duties on its behalf.

The Capilano Homulchusun Nation Commission’s logo is part of a certification program that allows players to verify a site’s licensing status by clicking on the logo.

All applications submitted to the Commission must contain the required details as specified in the Regulations and application forms, along with the necessary application fee.
