The Commission’s Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming allow for the appointment of one or more Approved Agents to perform the following functions on behalf of the Commission:

To assess the suitability of individuals applying for or holding a license or authorization to engage in gaming activities within the Capilano Homulchusun Nation Territory;

To conduct testing, audits, and system reviews, ensuring that applicants or license holders possess the required technical competence to carry out gaming activities in the Capilano Homulchusun Nation Territory; and
-
To support the implementation of an appropriate, ongoing compliance program for all gaming operations licensed by the Commission.
