All complaints, queries, and investigations are reviewed by the Commission in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming. When necessary, professional advisors will assist in the process. Complaints regarding any gaming operator holding a permit issued by the Commission should be directed to the Commission. We are committed to addressing complaints promptly and will make every effort to facilitate appropriate resolutions between complainants and operators.
Please note: When submitting a complaint, our ability to assist you may be hindered if:
  • The complaint has already been addressed;
  • The complaint is currently being handled by another primary jurisdiction or recognized organization;
  • The complaint has already been ruled upon by another jurisdiction or recognized organization;
  • The complaint has been discussed publicly on any forum;
  • The complaint has been shared with the media.
In such cases, we reserve the right to discontinue our investigation and invalidate the complaint.
